Terms and Conditions

1. The value shown on the gift certificate will be applied towards the cost of an introductory flight or sightseeing flight. The purchase price of an introductory flight gift certificate is based on the current cost at the time of purchase.  The actual cost of the flight is subject to change without notice; any additional cost is the responsibility of the passenger/s prior to flight.

2. Introductory flights and sightseeing flights must be booked in advance and are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy.

   • Flights canceled or rescheduled with less then 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee or $50 fee applied against the value of the gift certificate.

3. Flights are subject to suitable weather conditions at the time of flight and may be cancelled without notice.

4. Gift certificates purchased towards flight training will be applied to student’s account with the Ottawa Flying Club.

5. Gift certificates are non-refundable (no cash value)
