Safety Policy
Safety is a core value in all our activities at the Ottawa Flying Club. We are committed to implementing, developing and improving strategies, management systems and processes to ensure that all our aviation activities uphold the highest level of safety performance and meet national and international standards. Our goal is to lead the industry in safety standards.
Our safety committee meets every month to review daily operations, long-term club standards and SOPs. Only thru the diligence and commitment of all our members, staff and management team will we achieve our goal. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Sexual Harassment Policy
All members of Ottawa Flight College community have a right to a work and study in an environment that is free from any form of sexual violence. This document sets out our policy and response protocol to sexual violence and ensures that those who experience sexual violence are believed and their rights respected, that the College has a process of investigation that protects the rights of individuals and holds individuals who have committed an act of sexual violence accountable.
