The Ottawa Flying Club has developed a set of policies and procedures that ensure smooth operations at the Club, as well as assists its students, members, staff, and transient aircraft operators in understanding our rules, regulations, and general day-to-day operating philosophy.
The Ottawa Flying Club Company Operations Manual (OFCCOM) is a “one-stop-shop” for all policies that dictate how we operate. Students and members shall review the Manual from time to time to stay up-to-date on the operating policies of the Club.
A paper copy of the following documents can be found at Dispatch, or with the Administrative staff.
Please note that on-line versions of our policies and procedures contain the most up-to-date information. As such, version numbers may differ between printed policy and the policies found below.
