Instructor Rating

The Flight instructor rating enables a pilot train new pilots towards licences and ratings.

The Flight Instructor Rating course is commenced after the applicant has acquired a Commercial Pilot's Licence or higher. Transport Canada requires a minimum of 25 hours Instructor Ground Briefing and a minimum of 30 hours dual aircraft instruction with a Class I Instructor for the Instructor Rating.
